Thai Curry Ramen

Jazz up your lunch with a quick and satisfying meal without compromising on your busy schedule with our easy Thai Curry Ramen in a Mason Jar using 1/2-carb UPGRAIN® Ramen Noodles. Quick, delicious and nutritious.

Thai Curry Ramen

Serves 1

Noodles:


Ingredients:

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ cup Tofu cubes

  • ¼ cup Carrots

  • Green onions to taste

  • ¼ cup Bok Choy ribbons

  • 2 tbsp Coconut cream

  • 2 tsp Thai curry paste

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • Sesame seeds

  • Chilli Padis


Cooking Instructions:


  1. Add 2 tsp of Thai curry paste and 2 tbsp of coconut cream to the bottom of the mason jar.

  2. Pack in your tofu cubes and chopped vegetables to form the next layer.

  3. Break up our UPGRAIN® ½-carb Ramen to fit them nicely on top of the vegetables.

  4. Drizzle 2 tsp of soy sauce, sesame seeds and chilli padis on the noodles to season.

  5. Finally, add 2 cups of boiling water into the jar when ready to consume.

  6. Simply toss them up and enjoy your delicious Thai Curry Ramen in just 40-60 seconds!
