Thai Curry Ramen
Serves 1
Noodles:
1 packet of UPGRAIN® ½-carb Fresh Ramen
Ingredients:
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Tofu cubes
¼ cup Carrots
Green onions to taste
¼ cup Bok Choy ribbons
2 tbsp Coconut cream
2 tsp Thai curry paste
2 tsp soy sauce
Sesame seeds
Chilli Padis
Cooking Instructions:
Add 2 tsp of Thai curry paste and 2 tbsp of coconut cream to the bottom of the mason jar.
Pack in your tofu cubes and chopped vegetables to form the next layer.
Break up our UPGRAIN® ½-carb Ramen to fit them nicely on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle 2 tsp of soy sauce, sesame seeds and chilli padis on the noodles to season.
Finally, add 2 cups of boiling water into the jar when ready to consume.
Simply toss them up and enjoy your delicious Thai Curry Ramen in just 40-60 seconds!
