Stir-Fried Noodles
Serves 1
Noodles:
Ingredients:
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
5 thinly sliced Shiitake mushrooms
50g blanched bean sprouts
60g chopped spring onions/scallions (5cm long)
60g chopped chives (5cm long)
Cooking Instructions:
Mix a tablespoon of boiling water to the sugar and salt to dissolve them, before combining it with the light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok. Start by stir-frying the mushrooms, chives and spring onions for 2-3 minutes.
Boil UPGRAIN® ½-carb noodle according to instructions, and toss with the sauce. Be sure not to break the noodles!
Add sesame oil to taste, garnish with chives or scallions.
